Havalu Space Agency [HSA] was one of the first Solar Conquest 2 faction, founded by CorruptFight and CapColton. Originally made as a capitalist havalu faction focused on research on a certain of glitches and building projects. While it was not a very active faction, but as soon as CorruptFight found himself a home in Avalos, he would transform Havalu Space Agency into Avalos Federation. After the transition, CapColton would went on to found Havalean Federation, later renamed to Neo-Tech Industries.
