Havalu, officially the Havalean Federation, is an interplanetary nation and interstellar superpower located in Cocoa System. Havalu is highly developed with the powerful military in the Cocoa System, after Javic Empire.
History
Formation
Havalean Federation was formed during the Katharan's first War of Extermination against Havalu. Prior to the war, Havalu was divided into 5 republics, each of them possessed an island. Two of these republics on Havalu were global superpowers; People's Republic of Maldran and Seauan Republic. Both side were competing over the control of the planet until Kathara invaded Havalu. The two superpowers, initially hesitant on whether both could trust each other to fight together. Right after the first contact with Kathara, The 3 powers united themselves to fight against Kathara known as the League of Havalu. The first target of Kathara was to strike the People's Republic of Maldran due to their enormous territory. Maldranese soldiers were unable to resist the Katheran invaders. Kathara were very strong and highly coordinated. Seaua, seeing the situation in Maldran, decided to join the League of Nation and immediately become the leader of the League. This was the beginning of the First War of Extermination against Havalu.
Geography
Havalu planet is covered with island archipelagos dominated by the sea. The planet climate is temperate but often raining. Most of the buildings, including defenses, are built underwater due to the island's limited space.
Politics
Government
Havalean Federation is democratic federal republic, headed by popularly elected President and Vice President who assume the office in 8-year terms. Other executive roles in Havalu's government include Foreign Minister and Defense Minister. There are only two active ministries currently being in use are Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense.
States of Havalu
In Havalu, a state is a constituent political entity, of which there are currently 5. Bound together in a political union, each state holds governmental jurisdiction over a separate and defined geographic territory where it shares its sovereignty with the federal government.

Military
Havalu supports one of the largest and most well equipped military forces in the Cocoa System. Known as the Federal Armed Forces, the interstellar comprised of the Federal Navy and Federal Legionnaires (supports a marine division and armored corps).
Economy
Havalu's capitalist economy appears to be thriving after the second Interstellar War. The Havalean Federation is capable of redirecting its funds to massively expand the military or to support the colonies without much impact to the rest of the Federation territory. The Havalu's official currency is Resource Unit (RU). Prior to the invention of Resource Unit, Havalu's former currency was Blue Dollar (þ). Blue Dollar is now widely used in the interstellar black market to avoid having all of the transactions recorded since Blue Dollar currency is decommissioned by the Federal Government just after the adoption of Resource Unit.
