General Information

The Undecided team, better known as the Unknown, sometimes called Unknown Empire, is a neutral and observer team that have no affiliation to any teams. They always spawn in the primary space station with 5 nation-colored bricks to join one of the teams you desire. However, you can also escape the space station via a hole on the first floor, behind the ladder.

Faction

The Unknown Empire (generally referring to spawn escapees) has a reputation for being the "Space Pirates" of Solar Conquest 2, with the community generally considering Hades their "homeworld." Aetheria is also commonly used as an Unknown base planet due to high RU yield from blue trees.

While called an "Empire", it often varies between an organized force and an anarchy of individual players with varying goals. Many notable players, veterans, and others alike often choose the team to casually work on projects, research technical qualities of the game, or engage in space piracy and privateering.

Trivia

  • It was uncertain if CocoaWarrior intentionally left the hole in the station for Unknown team to escape until, as of 3/19/2021, CocoaWarrior expanded the hole in the space station to make it easier for escape, proving it to be an intended game feature.
  • Unknown cannot usually "win" a game of Solar Conquest 2 under normal circumstances, as capturing a majority of homeworlds usually results in the last one standing being decided the victor. However, acquiring the Solar Conquest Badge in a victory among the team has been reported previously by players.
  • In the CapColton's lore for Solar Conquest 2, the Unknown Empire is likely to be a galactic empire and all other conquerable teams such as Javion, Havalu, etc are actually the insurrectionists that self declared independence from the unknown entity. At time of writing this, nobody really know what is this "empire" and why do they never get conquered by those insurrectionists.
  • The ball from spawn can cause teams to rebel when it hits a team block that can rebel.
  • Unknown team can teamkill eachother after they exit the spawnbox.
  • Unknown's only weakness is a Satellite spam around their spawn. While there are Satellites around their spawn they cannot escape. However, this can be bypassed if one were to spawn a Satellite very far beneath the Spawn without getting shot to death.
  • Unknown gains new members whenever a team gets captured.
