The Federal Republic of Havalu, also known as FRH, is a relatively new faction to the Solar Conquest 2 community. It was created on May 30, 2023 by SomeRandomGuy. (or just Rando) He is an active member of the community known for being CapColton's arch-nemesis, and for being a skilled Heavy Corvette main. He is also their current president. FRH is well known for its extremely rapid growth and activity, and is often regarded as the next Avalos Federation (that was until they returned.) FRH is also the only known faction to incorporate other factions into their own. The known factions to have been incorporated include the Reltaus Space Federation and formerly Holy Solis Kingdom.They declared independence and were let go. The Federal Republic of Havalu is also one of the only factions to have elections, and a democratic government. However, despite this Rando, and his government are deemed dictators by a small minority of people. This has led to a string of misinformation, and a failed coup of the government.
