The Federal Republic of Havalu, also known as FRH, is a relatively new faction in the Solar Conquest 2 community, and currently the 3rd largest. It is primarily based in the Cocoa System on the planet of Havalu. The faction is well known for it's rapid growth, relatively successful ongoing run, and for being the only faction with a functioning governmental body. It was founded by SomeRandomGuy on May 30, 2023.
