The Skimmer is an Amphibious Transport Vehicle that can move on land and water. They are usually used on Cothran and Havalu because the planets have seas and oceans. The only downside with the Skimmer is a reduced speed compared to the Rover, and that it is harder to control. This vehicle also can carry up to 2 passengers.
