The mechanics of Solar Conquest 1 contains building, three default weapons, ships, and capture point. It does not have gravity, rebellion, actual conquest, and many more Solar Conquest 2 features that wouldn't exist in Solar Conquest 1. The game allowed most of the Roblox Gears to be used.
Building
Similar to the Solar Conquest 2, every planets have a building kit for players to build their own base or anything players wanted to build with. The tool used to build in game is BTools, also known as the Build Tools. It is an separate tools for each modes unlike Solar Conquest 2, however all of them are very identical to the Solar Conquest 2's BTools.
There is no cost to copy, delete, move, resize, materialize, color, and texture. There is no build limit and even no size limit, but there is a size limit built-in by Roblox themselves. All builds that are built by the players are destructible by any ships, rocket, or a delete tool. There is no ownership protection in this part.
