Havalu is an Earth-like planet with multiple islands across the planet. It contains 3 oil wells (one is on an island, another two are underwater) for extractors to earn RUs. Like Javion, Havalu has a silver asteroid belt.

Terrain

Havalu is known for its lush, tropical landscape. Its terrain is composed of a large ocean and tropical islands. It has many trees and is the most Earth-like planet in the solar system. The majority of the planet is covered with water, making it difficult for most ground vehicles to traverse.

Faction

Unofficially known as the Havalu Republic, Havalu, or simply Blue, is a playable faction for all players to join. This faction is usually the planet that cares the most about the galactic affairs in the system and often considers themselves liberators. They are known for putting a strong resistance against their enemies.

Havalu views the galaxy as chaotic and that they are the only light in a galaxy full of dark. Unlike other Factions who either use brute force or strict neutrality to achieve their goals, Havalu actively tries to make an impression of their country so that all others in the solar system wish to join it instead of the other warmongering militaries who stray at their borders.

Havalu has a democratic body in their government and even though they are not strictly neutral like the smaller nations they would prefer not to go to direct wars and instead colonize through means of peace and integration of their people towards new planets.

Havalu usually has builders to build buildings, sidewalks, bridges, etc. due to the planet's vast waters and so build a stronger economy to spend on development towards colonies out in space and on colonies back on land.
