Overview
The Cothran-Solar War was a deadly conflict that lasted around 4 hours and was fought between the Cocoan Coalition and the planet of Cothran. The Cothran-Solar War is a retelling of a Solar Conquest 2 session that happened on the 21st of February, 2022. The events of the war are told in the point of view of Roblox user, Consonance_gamingYT.

The Prologue
The Katharean-Cothran War
"Not much is known during this time as I joined in very late into the fight. When I first joined, I noticed that Kathara was no longer playable. I suspect that Kathara was the first to fall in the hands of the Cothranian menace."
The First Events
The Havalu-Cothran Confrontation
"When I first arrived, I sat down near one of the ledges. I looked up to the city ahead, gazing upon its tall skyscrapers and the waters that surround it. The ships sailed, and the trees bloomed. It was peaceful, calm, and elegant. But then, a bright white light flashed before my eyes. The trees that were near, tilted so violently, and their leaves turned to ashes. The city, which I had just gazed upon, was consumed in a massive fireball that stretched even wider with every passing second. All of the skyscrapers, gone, in just 5 seconds."
The war would be unceremoniously declared when Cothran detonated a tactical nuclear warhead in the heart of Havalu's City. It completely destroyed Havalu's infrastructure, and heavily affected its economy. Soon after, an invasion force, which consisted of a combined Light and Heavy Corvette Duo as well as an Interceptor array, was sent in to pin down and eliminate the remaining Havalean members. Fortunately at this time, Havalu was aided by its close ally; Foroth, which participated and assisted in the Havalean defence. Both Havalu and Foroth would work together to successfully push away the Cothranian invaders. The First Invasion was repelled and Havalu would quickly rebuild itself. Although a nuclear detonation completely annihilated Havalu's infrastructure, it did not annihilate the Havalean spirit.
However, it wouldn't take long for a Second Invasion to take place. Another attempt by Cothran to conquer Havalu was initiated and it halted Havalu's rebuilding efforts. Luckily, Foroth assisted once again to defend Havalu and thus, the Second Invasion was repelled. After this, times were quiet. Almost too quiet. During this brief pause, Havalu would resume its rebuilding efforts with the help of Foroth. Unbeknownst to the blue and white duo, the Cothranians are quietly scheming their third invasion. And this time, the duo won't be so lucky. As for the state of Havalu, most of its original buildings at the outer islands were completely demolished, but the middle island had the most significant rebuilding progress.
But this brief pause of peace and quiet would be interrupted by Cothran's Third Invasion of Havalu. Unfortunately for Havalu, luck has sided with the Cothranians, as they quickly dispatched Havalu's defenses and gained a quick victory. Foroth was nowhere present during the third invasion. With the loss of Havalu into enemy hands imminent, the last remaining members of Havalu left the planet. Many of Havalean residents fled to Hades, and sheltered there. The rest fled to Javion and Foroth. On an unrelated note, however, Javion was present during the Third Cothranian Invasion. Their intentions were unknown but I suspect they wanted to snatch Havalu for themselves.
The Invasion of Foroth
Little information is known regarding this part of the Cothran-Solar War. Between some time of the Third Cothranian Invasion and the Exile of Havalu, Foroth was occupied by Cothran beforehand. This would explain Foroth's absence during the Third Invasion.
The Siege of Javion
With Kathara exterminated and both Havalu and Foroth occupied, the only faction left was Javion. The majority of the Javionian playerbase were all situated in their interstellar territory of Aetheria. It is unknown what business they had in Aetheria but for all we know, they might have been loitering around. Since Javion was preoccupied in Aetheria, Cothran took this advantage to swoop inside Javion airspace. Unfortunately (and obviously), Javion was seriously underpowered and they had no defenses present to fend off the Cothranian Invaders. The last faction, had fallen into Cothranian hands. The survivors on Javions regrouped and seek refuge on Aetheria. The situation was dire. The Cocoa System was at its last legs. But, when it felt like all hope was lost,
Foroth Rebelled
By some miracle, Foroth, the ones who defended Havalu, seemingly broke free of Cothranian tyranny and liberated itself. Don't know why, don't know how. But I can surely tell you that a certain jack had something to do with it. With a glimpse of hope shined down upon the players, the remaining survivors flocked to Foroth and requested an alliance. They accept. Former Javionian Warriors, Havalean Marines, Kathraean Footsoldiers, all gathered around the white, frozen planet of Foroth. They were all greeted with open arms by the Forothians. As many ships arrive one by one, the group quickly formed a temporary alliance with the purpose of restoring peace and balance to the Cocoa System. A "Cocoa Coaliton".
As for the situation of our green friends, they strangely do not take note of this, as if they were completely oblivious. Maybe they thought Foroth was still occupied. There was oddily no retaliation from them at all. Many Cothranian Corvettes were seen passing by but none of them engaged. It was certainly odd, but it gave the Coalition a good head start on their peacekeeping mission. Because that day, was the day, Cothran will pay.
The Turning Point
The Liberation of Javion
"Suck on that ya green scum!"
Coalition forces moves into Javion airspace. They expected heavy resistance but it turned out, Cothran barely even fortified the planet. With Javion undefended, Coalition forces secured a foothold on Javion in 20 seconds. (Whoever was in charge of defending Javion is seriously gonna get executed). With a foothold secured and Javion captured, the Coalition quickly began to fortify the planet. In the middle of their fortification and rebuilding efforts, came forth Cothranian reinforcements, bringing heavy ordinance alongside them. Fortunately, there was enough Outposts and Towers on Javion and that quickly shredded the Cothranians into pieces. The Coalition celebrated their small victory. Unfortunately though, Javion's interstellar territory of Aetheria was taken by Cothran. But that didn't mattered to the Javionians, what mattered was that their homeland was liberated.
Soon after, a dilemma strikes. The Coalition were confused on what to do next. The Havaleans suggested that they should take back their beloved homeland of Havalu. They took Javion in 20 seconds so why not do the same to Havalu? Others disagree however and thought they should cripple Cothran's economy first. The argument was eventually settled. Javion would be tasked with regaining control of Havalu while the rest of the Coalition cripples Cothran's economy.
The Situation on Havalu
The situation on Havalu wasn't going too smooth. To summarize, Javion had begun their operation on retaking Havalu. They succeeded. A few minutes later, Cothran retook control of Havalu again. They took it back Havalu, and a minute later, the Cothranians took it back again. Think of it as a regular 2fort server on TF2. It was essentially going nowhere. The Javionians basically gave up on that point.
But one brave Javionian pilot decided stood amongst the crowd and said "I will take Havalu alone!". The others, who had just fought on the Havalean campaign, thought the pilot was crazy thinking he could take Havalu alone after what they've been through. But the pilot was undetered and went off to Havalu. Once there, he was met with the Cothranians top player and presumably the leader of the Cothranians. They both engaged. The Cothran ace aboard his Light Corvette fired it's cannons upon the Javion pilot but each shot missed. The pilot was successful on evading the Corvette's defence's and continued trolling the ace. The pilot's stubborness proved to be quite a weapon as the Cothran ace later "ragequitted". With the supposed leader gone, The Cothranian hierarchy would be in a jumbled mess. The Coalition now has a chance do bring a decisive blow to Cothran.
The Destruction of Avalos
With the leader gone, the Coalition quickly set their eyes on Avalos. Avalos, being the only planet with 4 wells, is an important asset for Cothran's Industrial and Military prowess. Any faction who have claimed Avalos would always have the high ground. Because of that, extractor present on Avalos must be destroyed.
