If the player has Admin or is a private server owner. Typing in the command, "/cheat" will give the player near infinite Ru and the Cheat Rocket. Which is an older version of the current Rocket Launcher but has nearly no cooldown, this means the rockets can be infinitely spammed. If these rockets hit a ship, it will make the old shield sound.
