The Avalos federation was the biggest SC2 and by far the best faction. It was the strongest faction to ever exist in SC2 and it continued to be the strongest faction until 31/5/2023 when it was officially shut down. It contributed in marvelous btools creations like the Dyson sphere and the fortress moon. It is rumored that they never lost a war.
