Auscuro is a planet in the Wanwood System. It's a notably pink planet and is triple the size of a normal planet, currently making it the largest planet in the game. It can take anywhere between 5 to 8 minutes of swimming all way from surface to trench floor instead of the typical 1-3 minutes. It is recommended to use a submarine when traversing through Auscuro's sea.
Terrain
Auscuro consists of 5 islands scattered across a vast pink ocean, the largest of which is the center island, that can fit one colony center and few skyscrapers at most. Auscuro's Sea is the largest and deepest sea in the game, it is triple size of any planets and underwater buildings can be very sparsely spread, making it one of the most difficult planets to siege due to the low visibility and huge sea. Auscuro's sea also contains one trench which is the deepest point of any part of the sea. It's also where an extractor can be built although it is surrounded by lava.
Gameplay
It is known that underwater combat is the most difficult combat in the game. Combat in Auscuro's sea require careful attention to the surface, sea, and other obstructions due to the low visibility. It's generally good idea to use a submarine to travel through Auscuro without making a ship float upward when a player exits it.
Wildlife
Auscuro's sea contain two types of fish: striped, and glowing fish. Striped fish are found anywhere in the sea. Glowing fish are only found in the trench. Both fish are friendly to players and never attack anyone.
Trivia
- Before Wanwoods release, sometime in 2022, Auscuro was accidentally added in a server by Azjack. The server was then locked due to this, and Auscuro was mostly unfinished. And was only a baseplate with btools, a capture point, and a few resources. And even an oil extractor. The planet itself was more of a moon at the time, as only outposts could of been placed. This was nicknamed, "The Monkey Planet" Due to all the players in the server turning into monkeys. This event was later named "The monkey incident"
- Auscuro has the deepest sea currently in the game and features five oil wells which is more than any other planet currently in the game.
- In a trench in Auscuro's sea there is an entrance to a currently unfinished uranium mine.
