The Federal Republic of Havalu, also known as FRH, is a relatively new faction in the Solar Conquest 2 community, and currently the 2nd largest. It is based in the Cocoa System solely on the planet of Havalu. The faction is well known for it's rapid growth, relatively successful ongoing run, and for being the only faction with a functioning governmental body, and democratic elections.
